Biography

John C. Hartohn C. Hart focuses his practice on insurance law, insurance subrogation, products liability law, arbitration and mediation. He has been listed in Who's Who in American Law since 1987, Who's Who in Emerging American Leaders since 1992, Who's Who in America since 1997, and Texas Monthly magazine's Texas Super Lawyers since 2005. A retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Major, he is admitted to practice law in Texas and Minnesota. Mr. Hart attended law school at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois and the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota where he received his J.D. while serving on active duty in the Air Force during the Vietnam war. Mr. Hart received a B.S. from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
